All business information about competitors must be obtained through legal and ethical means.

9. Use of Company Resources and Communications

Employees must exercise good judgment and efficiency in the use of all Company resources, including time, property, and communication systems.

Company email, internet, and communication systems are provided primarily for business use. Employees should have no expectation of privacy when using these resources.

The use of Company resources for illegal activities, transmitting offensive material, or excessive personal use is prohibited.

Employees are responsible for protecting their Company accounts and passwords and must not share them.

10. Dealing with Business Partners and Suppliers

Mavisco strives to build ethical and mutually beneficial relationships with all third-party business partners, agents, contractors, and suppliers.

We treat our suppliers and partners fairly and honestly, adhering to our contractual obligations.

We will not enter into business relationships with entities known to be involved in illegal activities, unethical labor practices, or human rights violations.

Decisions regarding suppliers must be based solely on objective factors such as quality, service, price, and integrity, and must be free from personal influence or bias.
