By receiving the Free Printer, the end user is committed to purchase ONE set of CMYK (6 pieces pack for black), every THREE months, for a period of 36 months or 12 sets of colorstix. |
| 3. |
Purchase the colorstix at normal list price as below, will be considered compliance to the contract. A proof of delivery with the endorsement and company stamp of the end user is required to be faxed to Mavisco, to confirm that the colorstix is purchased and delivered to the respective end user for this project. |

We will be giving a PURE PRINTER only, Maintenance Kit will be given, but NO COLORSTIX will be given. Thus, the end user has to buy the first set of the colorstix on the spot. |
| 5. |
Before the end user compliance with the condition in Clause (2), the ownership of the printer is still remain to Mavisco. |
| 6. |
During the contract period, the spare parts (excluded Maintenance Kit, P/N: 108R00675 & 108R00676) and labor to maintain the printer in working condition, will be the responsibility of Mavisco (M) Sdn Bhd. |
| 7. |
If the end user purchases the colorstix faster than the number of months, such as purchased 12 sets within 18 months, the ownership of the printer will transfer to the end user immediately, but Mavisco (M) Sdn Bhd will maintain the printer till the completion of the contract period. |
| 8. |
The owner of the printer, Mavisco, reserves the right to pull back the printer, if the end user does not purchase the colorstix for a minimum of TWO sets (equivalent with 6 months). In such case, the refundable deposit will be forfeited. |
| 9. |
The end user will have to purchase the colorstix from the specific dealer to compliance with this contract. If the end user purchases the colorstix from other dealer due to any reason, it is not consider in compliance with the committed quantity of colorstix to purchase. |
| 10. |
Decision made upon reviewing the application form is final, no appeal will be entertained. |
